About C-D Vitality Fitness

C-D Vitality Fitness is designed to help law enforcement personnel with their health and wellness. Although our focus is on law enforcement personnel, it is offered to everyone outside of law enforcement as well. Blue Alliance Fitness is run by a police officer.  As a police officer, I have seen other officers struggle with staying in shape and unable to pass their physical agility test. I was one of those people who could not pass their agility test. Whether you commit with us long-term or book sessions just to accomplish a goal, you will experience the change you have been looking for. Blue Fitness Alliance is dedicated to helping you stay healthy, which does not just mean to be in shape; you will be healthy physically, mentally, and emotionally. Welcome to a healthy lifestyle.

At Blue Alliance Fitness, your fitness needs will be met safely and with the best results possible. We don't push you through programs designed for someone else; this is all about you. You can expect support through every step and drop of sweat. 

Our small group training sessions (maximum of 4) are a choice if you would like to succeed together! It is more affordable than 1-on-1 personal training. 

Blue Alliance Fitness applies personal 1-on-1 and small group training programs to ensure you have the best chance of reaching your fitness goals. Along with reaching those fitness goals, we offer Nutrition Guidance and a chance to stretch out your body with Unwind and Align.
